My stay at Palazzo Gallo Resort in Gallipoli was a culinary journey to remember. The morning ritual began with a complimentary breakfast buffet offering a plethora of local delicacies. The espresso at Il Polpo Osteria, a stone's throw away, was the perfect start to indulge my caffeine cravings. Walking the cobblestone streets, I stumbled upon Al 123 Pucceria Pizzeria, where every bite took me deeper into the flavors of Puglia.Dinner was an adventure at La Locanda Degli Angioini, a short distance from the hotel. The ambiance was charming, and the seafood pasta was a delight for the taste buds. Scafud Mare, just around the corner, boasted freshness in every dish, a true reflection of Gallipoli's coastal bounty.As for lunchtime escapades, Friggitoria Da Morena was an unexpected gem. The aroma of fried goodness drew me in, and I savored traditional delicacies under the sunny sky.Palazzo Gallo Resort not only provided a comfortable stay but also served as a gateway to Gallipoli's gastronomic wonders, making my visit an unforgettable culinary experience.
